If you grew up Adventist, you did not just grow up in a church -- you grew up in a system. The Saturday Sabbath shaped your weekly rhythm. Ellen White's writings were treated as prophetic authority alongside Scripture. The investigative judgment and 1844 were theological pillars you may never have been encouraged to examine critically. The health message touched what you ate, what you drank, and how you understood your body. Remnant theology told you that your church was uniquely chosen. If those pillars are cracking -- or if they have already fallen -- this is a space that understands the specific architecture of what Adventism built in you. You may share some experiences with people leaving evangelical churches, but the SDA experience is its own thing, and it deserves resources that recognize that.
