People who haven't been through this keep asking if you're doing better now, and you don't have an answer that fits their question.

What Shifted in Your Thinking?

The organization trained you to outsource your thinking to the Governing Body, reclaiming your own judgment is one of the most important skills you will ever develop. Naming this is not the end of the process, but it is the beginning.
